Regulations of Słoneczny Wypoczynek Resort

We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following regulations, which are intended to ensure peace and safety for all our guests during their stay.

1. Cottages are rented on a daily basis.
2. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
3. If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the indicated period on the day of arrival, they must inform the resort by 10:00 AM on the day when the rental period expires.
4. The resort will consider requests for extending the stay based on availability.
5. To maintain a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount must be paid within 3 working days from the time of making the reservation. Failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation. All weekend and holiday bookings must be fully paid 7 days prior to the planned arrival date. In other cases, the remaining payment for the stay is made on-site.
6. Deposits paid are non-refundable.
7. Reservation changes:
   • Changing the reservation date is possible at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
   • Within 14 days before the arrival date, the resort does not allow changes. In exceptional situations, such as sudden illness of the participant or the death of a close family member, individual consideration of changing the reservation below 14 days before the check-in date is possible.
   • In the case of changing the reservation to a date where a different price list applies, the guest is required to pay an additional amount according to the current price list. If the guest refuses, changing the date is not possible.

8. A refundable security deposit equal to the cost of 1 night’s stay in the cottage is required.
9. The price of the stay does not include the electricity consumption fee, which is charged according to the current price list.
10. The rental price of the cottages does not include insurance. The resort is not liable for any injuries, damages, or property losses.
11. The resort is obligated to provide:
    • Conditions for full and unhindered guest relaxation.
    • Safety during the stay, including the confidentiality of guest information.
    • Professional and courteous service.
    • Necessary repairs of equipment during the guest’s absence, and only with their consent and request if present.
12. The inflatable “Sponge Bob” castle is available every afternoon from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, weather permitting. The inflatable castle can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
13. Throughout the stay at the resort, children under the age of 13 must be under the constant supervision of adults. Legal guardians of children are responsible for their behavior, including any damages caused.
14. Guests should immediately notify the resort of any damages discovered.
15. The resort is not liable for any damage or loss of vehicles, including cars, or any other vehicles belonging to guests within the entire facility, including the parking area.
16. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of resort property, equipment, and technical devices caused by them or by visitors accompanying them.
17. Taking any items belonging to the resort, including tableware, bedding, towels, decorations, etc., is strictly prohibited.
18. During check-out, the guest must return the key to the resort owners and settle all their bills in cash.
19. During the stay, the guest is obliged to make the remaining payment for the stay.
20. Each time the guest leaves the cottage, they should check that the doors are locked and take the key with them.
21. The resort guest is not allowed to transfer the cottage to third parties, even if the period for which the appropriate fee has been paid has not expired.
22. Non-registered persons can stay on the resort premises from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
23. Quiet hours are observed at the resort from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
24. Before leaving the resort, the guest must clean the cottage, the surrounding area, and the terrace, as well as dispose of garbage and any other waste in the designated bins.
25. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, electric irons, and similar devices not provided in the cottage rooms is prohibited.
26. Smoking tobacco and other tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
27. In the event of a violation of the regulations, the resort reserves the right to refuse further services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to comply immediately with the resort’s requests, particularly regarding payment for damages and destruction and vacating the resort premises.
28. The resort may refuse to accept a guest who has flagrantly violated the resort’s regulations during a previous stay.
29. The resort is pet-friendly. The stay of pets is subject to an additional fee.
30. Making a reservation is synonymous with accepting the regulations and committing to abide by them.
